Dr. Roddan is co-owner of Roddan & Roddan, PLLC, an Arizona real estate agency, where her legal practice reflects her extensive business and real estate background. Her experience enables her to approach legal matters not only from the perspective of an attorney, but also from that of a business owner, investor, developer, and executive who understands the practical and financial considerations underlying important transactions and decisions.

Her professional background also includes extensive experience in Arizona real estate and residential construction. As an Arizona-licensed real estate professional affiliated with DeLex Realty, Dr. Roddan focuses on luxury residential properties, investment real estate, and opportunities for professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and other high-net-worth clients seeking to build and preserve wealth through real estate. Her market experience includes Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and communities throughout Arizona's Northeast Valley.

Dr. Roddan has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Circle Award Winner for three consecutive years and as a Top Ten Percent Producer. Her approach to real estate extends beyond the purchase and sale of luxury homes to the evaluation of real estate as an investment asset, including multifamily properties, manufactured housing communities, development opportunities, and other income-producing real estate.

Her business career has included leadership in banking, finance, housing, and investment. She co-founded two community banks and has served in senior leadership and advisory capacities involving economic and financial policy. She has also served as Vice President of a senior housing trust with approximately $100 million in assets and has advised corporate boards on business, economic, and financial matters.

Dr. Roddan's professional accomplishments have earned national recognition, including Entrepreneur of the Year® honors and inclusion in Who’s Who in America 2025–2026. Her expertise in housing and real estate has also led to opportunities to contribute to discussions concerning affordable housing initiatives in Arizona.

Before and alongside her work in law, business, and real estate, Dr. Roddan built a professional foundation in pharmacy and healthcare. The combination of healthcare, law, finance, construction, and real estate gives her an unusually broad understanding of the issues facing physicians, pharmacists, attorneys, executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and other accomplished professionals.

Throughout her career, Dr. Roddan has focused on the intersection of professional expertise, entrepreneurship, real estate, investment, and wealth creation.
