My practice is a boutique law office specializing for the past 20+ years in federal intellectual property law matters (trademark, patent,and copyright) and other transactional (non-litigation) matters concerning corporate law, business law, contract law and/or securities.
I have a highly unique background continuously weaving law and pharmacy as I hold doctoral degrees in both professions, as a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Doctor of Law.
Additionally, I have worked in multi-billion big pharma companies and with small, start-up pharma entrepreneurs. I have held executive level positions and served on the board of directors for a $100 million-plus trust, have founded two community banks and served as a board member and founder of a thrift and loan company. I am an academician at heart and have taught pharmacy-law at the University Of Southern California College Of Pharmacy. I am a frequent speaker for various trade and professional organizations. I have authored two books on pharmacy-law, still practice as a consultant clinical pharmacist and as an intellectual property attorney and general business practice. I received the Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for my own start-up pharmaceutical company.
